秋季大會手冊邀稿 Contribute Articles for Handbook of Fall Convention‏

各位親愛的會長，

這次秋季大會，屏東分會很榮幸有機會和左營分會一起合作，負責這次的大會手冊的製作。

我們戰戰兢兢地接下這個任務，並且自我期許，希望能提供參與的會員一本優質的手冊。除了能在會議進行期間讓與會者了解會議程序外，更希望大會圓滿結束後，這本手冊能讓大家留下永恆的美好回憶。

當然，內容的提供必需仰賴所有分會的協助。希望各位會長能鼓勵會員們投稿，特別是那些在會內表現優異的演講，卻沒有機會讓我們分享的作品。這可是『一舉成名天下知』的難得機會。

投稿內容以一頁A4紙為限。記得註明分會名稱以及會員姓名，更重要的是會員照片。請於9月10日前將作品及照片傳送到 christin1102003@hotmail.com

若是投稿人數眾多，由於版面有限，我們會經過挑選，難免有遺珠之憾，敬請見諒。

Dear Presidents,

It is a great honor for Pingtung Toastmaster Club to cooperate with Tso-Ying Tosatmaster Club to make the handbook of this Fall Convention.

We hope to give every attending member a high quality handbook. Not only guide the members whole process in the convention, but leave all a wonderful memory forever.

Certainly, we need your support. Please encourage members to contribute articles, especially for those excellent speeches which were performed in your club but unknown for others. This is a rare opportunity for both member and club to be famous in Toastmasters.

The content of a contributed article is limited in a sheet of A4 paper. Please remember the name of author and club, and a picture of the member. Email to christin1102003@hotmail.com (Christin 鄭文婷0972-098062，PRVP of PTC) by September 10th .

We will choose some suitable ones if the amount of contributed articles are more then we need. Please forgive us for not being chosen.

 In our variety game, we must use the last letter to make a new word -> not “character”

 Most favorite part of me -> (of her speech) the most favorite part for me
 Audience can be easier to follow -> audience can more easily follow (or) can be easier for the audience to follow.
 I can not listen so clearly -> can not hear so clearly.
